Tusk promised before the elections that he would immediately unlock the funds from KPO and these "100 billion", that is, little than 60 billion will flow into Poland like water from a wonderful spring, but specified money will be seen by PO voters and the remainder of the naive people who believe in the European Union, like a golden calf!

Vera Jourova is the commissioner of dirty work, but she is not the 1 who rules the Union. But most crucial if you receive money from the KPO, you will agree to federalisation in the European Union.

Federalization... I think Tusk knows that he will not be able to carry out this (even if Poland's independency dangles him) due to the fact that then in Poland there will be a cold (or possibly besides hot) civilian war and he will endure himself. But that may be the most crucial condition for getting money from the KPO. And this, in turn, is besides big.
