Donald Tusk's government has changed the name of the program. It has removed the name of a minister in the PiS government

Władysław Stasiak, who died in the Smolensk catastrophe, will no longer be the patron of the government's crime simplification program. The Ministry of the Interior and Administration claims that it inactive cares about the memory of the erstwhile minister and head of the National safety Bureau, but PiS calls the decision a scandal.
