In addition to security-related activities, the Task Force will be liable for renovating and embellishing national buildings, monuments, memorial sites, parks and roads. Its responsibilities include removing graffiti from frequently visited places and ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces. The decree besides obliges the service to immediately remove all homeless encampments.
