Dispute over the position of judges in Poland. Government plans revealed, 2 options on the table

The Ministry of Justice has received projects indicating ways to resolve the dispute over the contested position of judges appointed by the National Council of the Judiciary after 2018. The papers contain a detailed description of the assumptions that are to lead to the restoration of order in the Polish judiciary. - The final form of the act will be developed in the Legislative Department of the ministry - commented the deputy head of the ministry Dariusz Mazur.
