A court-martial dispute. The ultimate Court has given a ruling to the Court of Appeal

It is not possible to call into question the judgments of the “by the way” of disputes about judicial nominations - the ultimate Court acknowledged granting the alleged ruling to the Court of Appeal in Warsaw erstwhile the judgement of that court was repealed.
