Diplomacy is simply a state (and global organisations) activity in the field of external relations aimed at representing national interests, negotiating, maintaining peace and protecting citizens abroad. late in Poland we are dealing with a kind of diplomacy, which partially took over the narration of the Kremlin. An example may be the statements of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who opponents of the SAFE program called "chamber heads", or the message in the Sejm of abroad Minister Radosław Sikorski that we would not be "suckers" 
– it was in the context of an American ally.
