The Ministry of improvement and Technology is completing work on a draft amendment of the method Conditions Regulation, which should correspond to buildings and their location, i.e. the builder's Bible. "Journal of Legal Newspapers" informs on Tuesday that the editorial board managed to establish any details.
"The minimum share of housing available to people with disabilities in the full number of housing units in a multi-family building with more than 4 dwellings is 6%, the number of these premises must not be little than one," explains Michał Jaros, Deputy Minister of improvement and Technology.
The article points out that developers of housing adjustment support but are reluctant to rigid indicators. They focus on the universality of plan recommended by experts.
