Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine: present strong state is based on strong cyber infrastructure

"Ukrainian cybersecurity is built by factors specified as the improvement of telecommunication companies' infrastructure, data migration to the cloud and the Diia application," said Ukraine's Minister of Transformation, Mikhail Fedov.
