Ah, those magic funds from the National Reconstruction Plan! Imagine: billions of euros fly from Brussels like packages from Allegro, and we, average Poles, are waiting with open arms. But no, no! This money does not land anywhere – they have GPS set to "appropriate addresses". And these are the addresses!

It starts innocently: a truck with EU bills comes up to the villa of a prominent politician. "Good morning, transportation of KPO!" calls the courier. – Is that Mr. X, the 1 with the 'fair reforms'?" Mr. X nods, signs and already plans a swimming pool in the garden. And next door? Another transportation to the minister's friend's company. "Please, here's a grant for 'innovative technologies'. You mean a fresh yacht?"

Meanwhile, under my block? Silence. possibly my address is incorrect due to the fact that I don't have a cousin in the government. Or just KPO is allergic to regular Kowalski. Instead, funds go to "elite" places: penguin stadiums, museums for flies or highways to nowhere. Why not? After all, it is "rebuilding" – rebuilding the bank accounts chosen!
