Deliberate action by Russians? Disturbing words from the head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration

In the east part of the Gulf of Gdansk, a Russian military aircraft violated the airspace over the territorial waters of the Republic of Poland. Minister of interior Affairs and Administration Tomasz Siemoniak believes that the situation was not the consequence of pilot error.
