Electoral silence in Poland was introduced in 1991 and is inactive in force today. Although the government has been amended respective times, it inactive does not take into account fresh realities. They don't say anything about the net or social media. “For years Polish law has not even tried to keep up with technology,” says Adam Zakrzewski, managing associate at the Chalas & Partners Law Office.
