Red Crescent reports: already at least 555 raid victims in Iran

Already at least 555 deaths in Iran have brought US and Israeli attacks on the country," reported the Iranian Red Crescent on 2 March. According to information, raids have hit 131 Iranian cities.

The erstwhile balance sheet of February 28, besides given by the Red Crescent, was 201 fatalities and 747 wounded.

In turn, Iranian agency Tasnim reported that since the raids began, 35 people have already died in the Fars state located in the southwest of the country. However, the number of casualties may emergence due to “continuous enemy air strikes”.

Outside the capital, the explosions took place in respective another cities, including Isfahan in the central part of the country, Tebriz in the northwest, Koma and Karaju in the north, and Kermanshah in the west.

U.S. president Donald Trump explained on 28 February that the attack on Iran was essential due to the fact that Tehran attempted to rebuild its atomic possible after US bombing his atomic facilities in June 2025, as well as developing a long-range rocket program that threatened the United States and another countries. He announced that Iran's rocket possible would be destroyed, and his navy would be "destroyed". This country is never to have atomic weapons again.

In retaliation, Iran attacked Israel and US bases in Kuwait, the United arabian Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain.
