The Marshal of the Sejm, Vladimir Czarzasty, sent a letter to president Karol Nawrocki, in which he asks for "immediate action to let the appointment of a justice of the Constitutional Tribunal to take place". "There is no failure in the procedure for the appointment of judges by the Sejm" - he stressed.
