Cyprus president Calls for EU Action on mediate East: 'It Reacted Slowly'

Cypriot president Nikos Christodulidis has criticized the European Union for reacting besides slow to the escalation of the Israeli-Iranian conflict. He announced talks with the leaders of Egypt and the European Commission and called for an EU abroad affairs council. At the same time, he announced the activation of the mechanics for the evacuation of civilians from the region.
