Customs duties on fertilizers from Russia and Belarus. There is simply a letter to Brussels

Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have submitted a joint letter to the European Commission regarding the introduction of customs duties on Russian and Belarusian fertilizers, the Ministry of improvement and Technology said.
