The latest IBRiS poll commissioned by Radio ZET (September 2025) brings an answer that may be a cold shower for many experts and military professionals. The results indicate a deep reluctance to actively defend the country, especially among the youngest generation. In the face of the unstable geopolitical situation and the ongoing conflict beyond our east border, the public temper in Poland is clearly changing. The enthusiasm and solidarity visible in the first months of the war in Ukraine seem to give way to fears and pacifist attitudes, as the latest statistic clearly show.
