Not only did his family’s home experience a gehenna, his parent forced him into debt. erstwhile again, the case of Przemek returns to the media, whose court "sent" to pay the 30,000 gold obligations that his parent had incurred without regulating the fees of the premises in which she lived. The ultimate Court sided with the boy, and the case was yet dropped. Prior to that, however, the foster parents of Przemka paid off the debt incurred in the housing cooperative by his parent in order to avoid a bid on the premises, subject to the reimbursement of these funds. After the case closed, the money didn't return to the family.

The ongoing dispute between Przemek and his foster parents about the housing cooperative will be discussed on Sunday, April 6, in the latest edition of the Polsat programme "State in a State".

Let us remind you that the boy's communicative began under very sad circumstances. The speech was raised by a parent who abused alcohol, who abused him mentally and physically. It wasn't until the girl's parents' rights were taken distant that the boy could breathe. He went to a foster home that gave him a home that he could only dream of before.

Unfortunately, that's the problem. The pass is not over. In 2017, Grandma prescribed an flat for him. The boy was only 5 years old at the time, so he could not dispose of the property. erstwhile he went to foster care, his unemployed parent began to occupy the premises. However, she did not comply with the work to pay rent, and her boy yet fell into debt.

The replacement household paid the debts of Przemek, subject to the return of PLN 30 thousand. Money's gone.

The Housing Cooperative brought the case to court, and this one... ordered the Przemek to pay off the accrued liabilities. "The fact that the debt was expanding was not the responsibility of the child, due to the fact that Przemek could not sale his apartment, he could not rent it, he could not tell his parent to leave due to the fact that she did not listen," says the foster parent of Przemek, quoted by polsatnews.pl.

Fearing of bidding the apartment, the boy's foster parents paid off his debt of PLN 30 thousand. But they were well aware that the decision of the court was absurd, and the kid could not be held liable for the debts of the mother. So they said that money could be returned.

The Przemek and his foster household won a case after respective years, which reached the ultimate Court. The lawyer General stood up for the boy, and the court found his extraordinary complaint abrogated the payment order The case was re-examined, after which the territory Court of Wałbrzych dismissed it. The action was revoked by a cooperative lawyer who stated that the debt had been repaid.

"We were given the ultimate Court ruling, which satisfied us 100% and was 100% beneficial to the child. We thought it was the end of Przemek's problems, due to the fact that the most crucial court in Poland acknowledged us right. Unfortunately, it can be said that Przemek won, but lost," explains the foster mother.

It is inactive unclear what the destiny of PLN 30 thousand, which were paid by the household of Przemek to pay his mother's debt. Until now, the money had not been returned by the cooperative, and the lawyer was not expected to inform the court that the boy's parents had made a deposit.
