Corupation scandal with position as volunteers in Ukraine. They avoided front service

A group of Ukrainian journalists NGL.media reported that in the Lviv Oblast they left the country abroad and did not return 2248 men of draft age. This was possible thanks to NGOs who included them in the Nobility strategy for truck drivers and volunteers.
