Copper taxation to be reformed? MAP wants changes, MF analyses, KGHM pays

In 2023, KGHM paid almost PLN 3.5 billion in taxation on the extraction of certain minerals. The Ministry of Finance is to analyse the anticipation of changing the expression for taxing copper and silver extraction. The Ministry of State Assets expects a little burdensome burden of the alleged copper tax, and the Ministry of manufacture indicates the request to make the copper industry.
