Constitutional Tribunal on another investigative committee. Przyłębska, Pawłowicz and Święczkowski ruled

The resolution of the Sejm, on the basis of which an investigative committee for postal elections was established in December 2023, is inconsistent with the constitution, the Constitutional Tribunal announced on Wednesday. The ruling was issued by a panel of 3 judges - Krystyna Pawłowicz, Bogdan Święczkowski and Julia Przyłębska. "Tomorrow it may regulation that Błaszczak is the king of Poland.
