The territory Court in Warsaw will reconsider the case of actor Barbara Kurdej-Szatan, who is accused of defaming Border defender officers. The return of the case is the consequence of a decision by the ultimate Court, which accepted the complaint of Zbigniew Ziobro, who filed it while he was inactive the Prosecutor General.
