The Sejm resolution establishing an investigative committee for postal elections is inconsistent with the Constitution, the Constitutional Tribunal ruled. The ruling was unanimously made by 3 judges: Krystyna Pawłowicz, Bogdan Święczkowski and Julia Przyłębska.
