Conflict on the Zelensko-Załużny line. “The president bypasses the chief of staff”

According to Ukrainian fact sources, president Volodymyr Zelensky is bypassing Chief of Staff General Valery Załuzhny and is in direct contact with any lower-level commanders. The Ukrainian president was expected to make parallel lines of communication, which makes it impossible for General Załuzhny to command the army.
