Colombia is deploying troops on the border with Venezuela. Spain wants to mediate to avert the crisis

In connection with the situation in Venezuela, Colombia announced on Saturday the deployment of its troops close the border. At the same time, Spain is proposing its mediation proposal. The goal is to find a peaceful way to resolve the conflict. The U.S. attack was condemned by Russia and Iran.
