Politicians of the ruling coalition will fight for the destiny of dogs on chains. Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty and Deputy Marshal Dorota Niedziela announce the return of the act to the Sejm. The law was vetoed by president Karol Nawrocki. "We will see if the president is truly willing to aid animals" - said Dorota Niedziela.
