The portal of the U.S. CNN station in sharp words criticised US president Donald Trump's latest proposal to end Russia's war with Ukraine. In the author's opinion, the 28-point plan is simply a faithful copy of Russia's position from the Spring 2022 negotiations in Istanbul.
