Cluster munitions in the crosshairs of human rights organizations

Human Rights Watch (HRW), a human rights organization, stated in a study that Russia and Ukraine should abandon the usage of cluster munitions and the United States “should not supply it to any country.” Since the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, both sides have already reached for this kind of ammunition, according to HRW.
