TSUE – a dispute over the regulation of law or a fight for sovereignty?

Today, there was one more time a verdict which reconciled the constitutional body of the state – the ultimate Court. The TEU considered that the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs was not a court within the meaning of EU law. As a result, the TEU urges national courts to reject the Constitution and judgments of the Constitutional Court.
