“Circons” versus “Neptunes”. Will “Admiral Gorshkov” become “Moscow”?

The frigate “Admiral Gorshkov” could appear in the Black Sea and from there fire “Cirkon” hypersonic missiles towards Ukraine. However, it is not known whether the Russians will take their chances and bring their, reportedly state-of-the-art surface ship within scope of the Ukrainian, “Neptun” berth anti-ship missiles.
