Cichocki: Defence spending should drive Polish innovation

The experience of the United States and France shows that the increase in investment in defence should besides translate into an increase in R & D funding. In Poland it should be akin - large investments in arms should besides support the improvement of innovation of Polish companies, not only those operating in the field of arms, but besides those operating in the civilian sector - says Dr. Huber Cichocki, president of the Łukasiewicz investigation Network.
