The establishment of a permanent base of US troops in Poland is to be the main subject of the gathering of the National safety Council scheduled for November 3. The head of the Ministry of Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, stressed that the safety situation besides needs to be discussed in connection with Russia's intensifying actions. The gathering will take place before the next circular of consultations with Washington on the base, and the minister expects a decision on the task in December.
