Smartphones little popular?

Last year 287 million smartphones were sold in China. little than 14% than in 20211. This is the first decrease in the number of cameras sold in 2013 below 300 million units. Last year, Apple, ViVo, HONOR, OPPO, XiaoMi and HuaWei smartphones were best sold in China.

HuaWei's sixth place is the apparent consequence of US restrictions, limiting the company's ability to introduce fresh models in numbers that have made this brand in the top 3 most popular in China for years. The year 2023 may be interesting, as Chinese smartphone manufacturers have entered the marketplace actively for semiconductor component manufacturers, which begins to yield amazing results in the form of processors based on alternate technologies.

First breath of optimism

According to the late published economical (activity) index of the country's manufacture in January 20221The Chinese manufacture has moved. After 3 months of stagnation, the reading of the PMI indicator for China was 50,1, or somewhat above the limit level 50. Whether this is the beginning of the growth trend (expected) we will see next month.

The PMI (Purchasing Managers Index) is simply a "investment purchasing index" measuring the activity of managers purchasing various goods and services on the market. The PMI is 1 of the most crucial economical factors as it represents the financial activity of individual marketplace players and economical operators in a way that allows to find the education of purchasing trends in the close future.

It was developed and implemented by the American brand Markit Group.

The PMI index can adopt different values. Its scope ranges from 0 to 100 points. It is usually at 40 to 60 points. A score of 50 points is defined as a neutral point.

The ‘high PMI index’ is erstwhile the index value is above that limit. This is simply a affirmative signal, as it shows that an increase in economical activity, an influx of capital from abroad can be observed throughout the economy, a circumstantial sector of the economy (subindex). The advanced PMI rate translates into strengthening the national currency.

The provinces are holding tight.

In 2022, China's largest local economies were GuangDong, JiangSu, ShanDong, Zhejiang, Henan, SiChuan, HuBei, FuJian, HuNan and AnHui 1. The first 2 distanced the remaining 8 from the first ten. The last in the top 10 is the state of AnHui with GDP of 4,50 trillion RMB (about 2,91 trillion PLN)2. And it's a surprise due to the fact that this state has surpassed a much more developed neighbour in the past year, or Shanghai.

This metropolis achieved GDP of 4,47 trillion RMB in the past year (about PLN 2,88 trillion). The ranking leaders achieved GDP over 2.5 times higher than Polish last year3.

Darkness bright, or dark

The flood of information about China can sometimes be fatal to modern editorial offices and media workers. No wonder the readers are lost as a result.

Example:

28.01.2023 portal wnp.pl shocks us with the title:

"Russia cannot trust on China and India to mitigate the effects of sanctions".

And only 4 days later (02.02.2023) the same portal wnp.pl storms the peace of PT Readers shaking the enunciation:

“Friends do not leave Russia in need”

The second article concerns (as well as the first) Russia's relation with China and India.

A more vigilant reader (besides titles, gender, property status, civilian status, etc.) could ask himself, ‘Which of these 2 ‘information’ is true, which is manipulation?’ How's it going? Are any of the countries mentioned helping Russia or the another way around? But who cares about information from 4 days ago? It's a (pre)history. another things are crucial today. A wonderful means of Granny for boils and an unexpected transfer of a ball star. China and India gotta deal with themselves.

What does the Chinese Ministry of abroad Affairs say?

  • about the shot down balloon and the ‘shout’ around this subject: "The Chinese side has repeatedly provided key information to the American side. The balloon was civilian in nature and was utilized for investigation purposes (metaorological and another research). His invasion of American airspace was entirely accidental, caused by force majeure. China is simply a liable country that strictly respects global law, which respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of another countries. past proves that it is the United States that frequently trample global law and violate the sovereignty and territorial integrity of another countries. On purpose, American media sound is unacceptable and irresponsible. It should be stressed that both sides, especially the United States, should decently deal with specified occasional incidents in a balanced, professional and far from military solutions.
  • on a balloon over Latin America and the Caribbean: As a liable country, China has always strictly respected global law, informed and decently dealt with specified cases, cooperating with all stakeholders.
  • on the question of returning the remains of the shot down balloon: It's apparent that China is demanding their bolt. This balloon is not American, it's Chinese.
  • What blocks aid for Syria after the earthquake: In the face of the tragedy that struck the people of Syria, the United States The United States should put aside its geopolitical obsession, immediately abolish unilateral sanctions against Syria and open up all available corridors for humanitarian aid. The US has been active in the Syrian crisis for a long time, has frequently intervened militarily and imposed severe economical sanctions at the expense of civilian casualties in the country. To this day, the US military continues to occupy the main areas of oil production in Syria, looting more than eighty percent of its production, smuggling Syrian grain stocks, deepening the humanitarian crisis.
