China: civilian manufacture Supports Army's 'Great Leap'

Although inactive a communist country, the People's Republic of China successfully draws on solutions developed by the leading economies of the Western planet (and not only). It is besides the same in the army, which has taken over many of the organizations, tactics or training principles developed for years in another armies. And for this military to have adequate capacity to implement Beijing's short and long-term policy it needs to be systematically equipped with equipment utilizing the latest available technologies.
