The death toll from a Russian rocket attack on flat blocks in the city of Dnipro has risen. A rescue operation is inactive underway to search for the missing under the rubble of the destroyed building. Moscow has issued orders to fire another Ukrainian cities as well. Kiev has not confirmed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost Soledar.
