What is the Electoral Lantern? Political Opinion Test
The Electoral Lantern is simply a tool that allows you to make an election decision, by comparing your own views with the statements of politicians. The user answers 20 questions in a fewer minutes. On the basis of responses, he receives a percent match to the views of candidates and candidates for President.
It is the most popular application of this kind in Poland. Since 2005, nearly 15 million voters have already benefited.
Before each election, the expert squad prepares a set of 20 statements. The questions in each edition are tailored to the current situation of Poland and answer the real problems of Poles. This year they were besides prepared on the basis of a SW investigation survey, in which 45,000 people responded, which they were most curious in.
In this connection, the Electoral Latarnik raised questions about abroad and defence policy, about the common European army, Christian values, the European Green Deal, housing policy, taxes, migration policy, misinformation, judiciary, historical policy, abortion, wellness contribution and partnerships.
Electoral Lantern. Not all presidential candidates participated
The Electoral Lantern invited all presidential candidates to participate. 11 of the 13 committees replied. Its authors inform that despite repeated attempts to contact, they received no answers from Rafał Trzaskowski and Krzysztof Stanowski.
“We want Latarnik to let users to compare their views with the positions of all candidates and candidates in the elections, so we call on Rafał Trzaskowski and Krzysztof Stanowski to send their answers and declare their immediate publication on our website”, says the coordinator of the Electoral Lantern Michał Mazur.
