Volodymyr Zelensky announced the dismissal of General Oleksandr Syrsky from the position of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the appointment of Maj. Gen. Mykhailo Drapaty, the current commander of the Joint Forces, in his place.
