Change after the conversation with Von der Leyen. Trump postpones tariffs

President Donald Trump announced on Thursday after a conversation with European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen that he was giving the European Union until July 4 to implement a trade agreement with the US. He warned that otherwise he would rise tariffs on goods from the EU. This is simply a change from his erstwhile decision.
