CBA detains priest. It concerns a tender for WOT

A clergyman, a high-ranking retired military officer, is 1 of 2 people detained by the Central Anticorruption Bureau, said Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior and Administration. The case is related to "arranging deliveries of motor vehicles for WOT". Dobrzyński explained that the suspects were intermediaries in the procedure "in exchange for a financial benefit or a promise thereof".
