President of Bulgaria against Ukraine in NATO

President Rumen Radew believes that the decision to join Ukraine in NATO can only be made after Moscow and Kiev have worked out clear provisions on the peaceful end of the war, which must be accepted and implemented by both parties, reports Ukriformin.
