– president Andrzej Duda decided to sign the budget bill for 2025 – said Małgorzata Paprock from the President's office. However, any of its records were submitted by the Constitutional Court in follow-up review.
– In the course of the work on the Budget Act, major amendments were introduced in the section concerning, in particular, the Constitutional Court and the National Judicial Council – she submitted Margaret Paprocka.
As she stressed, under the law, the budget law must not consequence from "any blocking of payments or legal salaries, in accordance with the law of appointed judges".
