Brussels prepares counterattack: consults on tariffs on US goods and files complaint with WTO

In case negotiations with Trump fail, the European Commission is creating a list of goods imported from the US worth 95 billion euros that will be subject to tariffs, and is besides preparing a ban on exports of steel and chemical products to the United States. A complaint against the US will be filed with the WTO.
