Brejza v. Kaczynski, court decision

The case against Law and Justice (PiS) president Jaroslaw Kaczynski from a private indictment filed by Civic Coalition MEP Krzysztof Brejza was dropped. In justification, the court pointed to the negligible social harm of the act.
