Breakthrough in the Senate. The end of the shutdown is getting closer

The provisional budget bill was passed on Monday in the U.S. Senate. It will now go to the home of Representatives, and then to the president's desk. After Donald Trump signs it, the longest shutdown in U.S. past will come to an end.
