Bodnar: No more discretion in the operation of the Justice Fund

During a conference on Thursday, Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar announced changes in the operation of the Justice Fund. The provision allowing for freedom in awarding subsidies has been removed, m.in. The fund - as the minister pointed out - is to cease to service political interests.
