Judges of the Constitutional Tribunal without payments? Public Finance Committee in favour of cutting budgets

On Thursday, the Sejm's Public Finance Committee adopted an amendment to the draft budget for 2025, which provides for a simplification in funds for fourteen state institutions. The cuts will include, m.in, the Constitutional Tribunal, the ultimate Court and the National Council of the Judiciary.
