Bodnar: Cyba's case is at the interface of 3 institutions. We treat it as a priority

The case is absolutely treated as a priority, to be explained from all angle - said the Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar, referring to the transfer from prison of Ryszard Cyba, convicted of the execution of PiS activist Marek Rosiak. The head of the Ministry of Justice noted that "we are dealing with a peculiar situation, somewhere at the junction of 3 institutions: the court, the prosecutor's office and the prison".
