Jarosław Kaczyński appeared in the Warsaw-Prague territory Attorney's Office on Thursday 3 April. The president of Law and Justice will be interviewed as a witness in connection with proceedings concerning the death of Barbara Violin.

His longtime co-worker on 12 March was interviewed as a witness in an investigation into the construction of 2 towers by PiS related Silver Company. 3 days later Barbara Skrzypek died. The PiS politicians connected both cases.
– I think there's been a serious crime.But that's what I'm gonna talk to the DA about. This is simply a practice that is constantly applied, that there is simply a proxy in the proceeding and that was not the case here. They knew Barbara Fiddler's condition was bad and they had to consider the consequences. It was a scandalous and criminal situation and I hope that the people who led to it will endure the consequences – said Jarosław Kaczyński before the proceeding begins.
Kaczyński wants to service life for Giertych
President PiS told reporters that "in his interview with Barbara Skrzypek after her audition he learned that the female was very exhausted and slept for respective hours." She told me she wasn't feeling well. I proposed that we call a doctor, but she did not want to take this proposal – he explained.
Jarosław Kaczyński then mentioned Roman Giertych. The president of the Law and Justice Service said that an MP should be sentenced to life imprisonment. The eventual goal is me, but I can't forget that the victim was an innocent. Roman Gierty is simply a man who I hope will spend the remainder of his life in prison. This is simply a coup d'état and should get the highest possible penalty.
