"We are preparing for different scenarios in Belarus, whose future depends especially on the result of Russia's war against Ukraine" - said the leader of the Belarusian democratic opposition Swiatlan Cichanouska on the 5th anniversary of the falsified presidential elections in her country. The EC promises "3 billion euro for democratic Belarus".
