Belarus releases 123 political prisoners. Is Andrzej Poczobut on the list?

Authorities in Minsk have said they have released 123 political prisoners from various countries as part of an agreement with the US. It is not known whether Andrey Poczobut is on the list. According to media reports, Ales Bialiatski and Maria Kalesnikawa are among those released.
