Belgian Cheetahs besides costly for Ukraine?

According to the Belgian portal Buisness AM, OIP Land Systems inactive has in its warehouses about 40 self-propelled artillery anti-aircraft systems Cheetah, which are highly valued in Ukraine. However, the issue of financing their renovation which is unprofitable or even impossible is in the way.
